After training in the discipline of ENT, he worked in Sri Ramakrishna Charitable Hospital-Sasthamangalam, Thiruvananthapuram for a span of eight years between 1983 to 1991. Here he treated and operated on a variety of patients with ENT disorders.
In 1984, he started Gitanjali hospital and has been actively involved in developing the hospital in to a preferred destination of care for the ENT specialty.
Since then he has a vast experience in treating numerous patients with ENT disorders.
He is also a passionate golfer and has been the president of the Golf Club in Thiruvananthapuram.
