Dr. Arun Balakrishnan Nair

Dr. Arun Balakrishnan Nair is a distinguished ENT and Head & Neck Surgeon with over two decades of expertise in the field. He completed his medical degree from Sri Devaraj Urs Medical College, Kolar, and pursued his post-graduation in Otorhinolaryngology at St. John’s Medical College, Bangalore. In addition to his clinical education, Dr. Nair holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from Manipal University, equipping him with a comprehensive understanding of both medical and administrative aspects of hospital management.

Currently serving as the Director and Senior Consultant ENT Surgeon at Gitanjali Eye and ENT Hospital, Dr. Nair has been instrumental in providing advanced ENT care to patients since 2011. His vast experience includes a prestigious international fellowship under Dr. Robert Vincent at the renowned Causse Clinic in France, where he gained invaluable expertise in advanced ENT and otological procedures.

Dr. Nair has a special interest in sialendoscopy, a minimally invasive technique used to treat salivary gland disorders, and he remains at the forefront of innovations in this area. He is also a prolific researcher, with more than two dozen publications in leading national and international medical journals.
